Ordering & Shipping

Ordering

You can place an order with us any time of the year. All orders are subject to acceptance at KG Farms, Inc. New customers will need to create an account to order from our website. If you are a new customer needing an online account, please see the New Customer Registration instructions below.

Established customers may sign in to our website and review all published details of our Catalog and Availability. They may use the Availability link to submit an order via the web. As needed, please refer to the Ordering Instruction PDF located in the Resources dropdown of our homepage for step by step online ordering instructions.

If you do not want to submit your order via the web, you may choose to download the Excel availability located in the top right of the Availability page. Once completed, submit the Excel document to your sales rep or directly to our office (info@kgfarmsinc.com). Please note you must be signed in to download the Excel file of our Availability.

Fall orders must be submitted to our office no later than September 1st to be included in our first round of allocations. Spring orders must be submitted to our office no later than October 1st to be considered in our first round of allocations.

New Customer Registration

To create an online account, select “Sign In” from the website's homepage. Once on the Sign In page, select “create an account.” This will take you to the Register User page where you can enter your information and register. We will review your information and follow up with your account information or additional questions within a few business days of your registration. If you do not hear back after a few business days or need account access immediately, please email info@kgfarmsinc.com.

Minimum Order

We recommend a minimum order of $3500. Meeting or exceeding this minimum ensures your order can be shipped in a timely fashion and that you can obtain the most value for your freight dollar. For local pickup orders, we do not have a minimum.

Shipping

We are happy to arrange shipping for you if needed, just be aware that it is not included in our plant price. Invoicing of freight charges will come directly from the truck broker and will be billed separately from the plant material invoice. During our busy season we ask that you give us a two-week notice before your desired ship date and note if you will be sending in a truck or would like help from us to find a carrier for your load. We appreciate your consideration as our dock can be quite busy! All spring orders must be shipped prior to June 15th of each year. Any plant material not arranged for final shipment by June 1st will be put on our open availability and a 25% restocking fee may be assessed.
